Delivery Information

Standard Service

Please note: The delivery date specified on the order is an approximate date.

We will endeavour to deliver your items within 5 working days. In the event an item is out of stock, we will call you to notify you of the time delay. If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we will reattempt delivery on the following Saturday, if still unsuccessful we will contact you to discuss a suitable delivery date. If you would like us to leave the parcel in a safe place please note this in the delivery instructions (this will be at your own risk).

Back to School (Mid-July to Mid August)

The delivery service may be extended to 10 working days in the peak season. Please be aware orders placed after 1st August may extend beyond the 10-working day service due to high demand. If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we will reattempt delivery on the following Saturday, if delivery is still unsuccessful you will be contacted to collect the item from the store. We will not refund the delivery charge. If you would like us to leave the parcel in a safe place please note this in the delivery instructions (this will be at your own risk).

Orders placed in the peak season (especially those in the last two weeks before the start date of the school) will face a significant delay if an item is out of stock. Customers who purchase in store are given priority over those who place their orders online
This priority only applies in the peak season.

Peak Season (Mid August - Mid September) 

  • All online orders will exceed the 10 day delivery service.
  • All customers are advised to come in store to make their purchases.
  • Customers will be required to queue outside the shop.
